really fine hotel with a very good location close to checkpoint Charlie and close enough to everything else so that you can walk to them. Very helpfull staff. The rooms are clean. You get a alot of value for your money.

Only one elevator worked so it could take some time before it was not occupied. The shower had a bad smell that could come from the sewer.

Very well located. Excellent breakfast and very tasty coffee. Extremely quiet, and very comfortable bed.

Nothing, except that Select Hotel chain has a few hotels in a small area, which might be confusing if you're arriving by taxi. Better keep the adress of the hotel.

The hotel and location were awesome. To be honest I expected less for the price and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to assist us if we needed them.

The location was good, the room was clean and the breakfast had enough variety for me.

Lack of staff and customer service. It felt like staying in a clean 2 star hotel. Not even some water in the room and no real service. Not much staff around either. Examples: - Upon arrival noone helped with the luggage from the hotel or offered to help. I came there after business trips elsewhere where I stayed in 2-4 star hotels and in every single one there was someone to immediately help with luggage or anything else i needed on arrival. eg. welcome drink. Given that this hotel was 4-star and not 2-3 star I expected better. - No facilities in the room. No complimentary basics. eg. some water or a hair comb, or single use slippers, etc. Not acceptable for me in a 4-star hotel. - Reception had only 1 staff with 1 more coming and going. Noone else in sight. - Ordered food and had to come and collect it instead of someone delivering it to the room.

Super Standort mitten in Berlin, trotzdem schön ruhig. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service am Empfang! WLAN-Problem mit Nintendo-Switch konnte von IT-Hotline sofort gelöst werden.
