Ни первый раз останавливаемся в отеле . Расположение, завтраки.

Отель потерял контроль за работой персонала. Уборка номеров носит поверхностный характер. А то и отсутствие уборки. Мебель и стены в жутких пятнах, косяки на входных дверях выломаны.

Завтраки, расположение, очень удобная кровать, чистые белые полотенца, постельное белье.

Отель очень старый, на 4 звезды явно не тянет ни как ( 1. Ковровое покрытие все в пятнах, мебель обшарпанная, в 1 номере сейф был самодельный шкаф с ключем. 2. В первом номере (поменяли) вода в ванной не уходила, а фен настолько был грязный, липкий что в руки его брать было не возможно. Когда номер поменяли фен был не лучше. 3. На русском языке не говорят. 4. В номере был гель. Но мы видели что у них есть мыло, бальзам и пр. Ни разу нам не положили. 5 Ни каких spa в отеле нет.6 заявленных халатов, тапочек нет. 7 первый номер был очень темный, как пещера 8. Каждый день забирали полотенца, иногда забывали принести новые, приходилось бегать на ресепшн.

Приветливый персонал. Номер хоть небольшой, но уютный. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Отличная постель.

Если чуть прибраться, вытереть пыль, пропылесосить пол, то будет вообще отлично.

Расположение хорошее, от аэропорта удобно добираться на автобусе, минут 20 не больше. До метро и магазинов пешком минут 10-15

Не предупреждали, что при въезде взяли залог 50евро, видимо вдруг воспользуется баром и не оплатишь. Залог вернули спустя неделю после отъезда. Сумма не большая, но не приятно, о таких вещах нужно предупреждать заранее.Номер был полностью оплачен.

Был очень вкусный завтрак, очень удобная кровать.

Нейтрально-хамоватый персонал (что я видела в Германии только в этом отеле и что очень удивило). Немного старая мебель в номерах, пора обновить часть интерьеров.

Замечательный завтрак, удобное расположение.

Меня с детьми поселили в номер, в котором был засорён слив. Сточная вода из ванной поднималась из-под решётки на полу. Пол вечера пришлось потратить на переговоры с отелем по поводу переселения. Переселять не хотели, т.к. по словам персонала отлель был 100% заселён. Через полтора часа безуспешного ремонта меня все же переселили. Остался крайне неприятный осадок. По большей части из-за того, что один из горничных на этаже сказал, что номер проклятый, там все время что-то течёт, ломается и пр. И на ресепшене об этом знают, но все равно заселяют. Для сведения - номер комнаты 426

Довольно большой и светлый номер. Отличное месторасположение ...( основные автобусы рядом, метро рядом ( пересечение двух линий ), супермаркет рядом , рестораны рядом....- все рядом)) Отличные завтраки ( омлет , колбаски, свежие овощи, овощи и грибы гриль, йогурты , фруктовый салат, мюсли, сухофрукты, картошка, сыры, колбасы, джемы, хлеб, круасаны, шоколадная паста , разнообразие чаёв, хорошие соки ( не разведённые) , кофе Много лифтов ( не приходилось ждать)

Отель пора освежить ...! ( покрытие всё в пятнах и очень старое , как и стены в этом отеле) Коридоры на этажах , особенно, страшные (( Нет русскоговорящего персонала вообще ( ни одного человека) Интернета два вечера вообще не было (( из 6ти дней) Постель за неделю не меняли ни разу В окнах большие щели ( поддувает ) Мало света в номере

Super Lagr! Sehr günstig, aber viel zu schmutzig! Dann sollte man den Preis nicht runterdrehen, wenn man die Leistung nich halten kann!
