Раположение, близко к центру (можно пешком, или пару станций на метро). Район, где расположен отель, очень оживленный, много интересных кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. Очень близко одна из рождественских ярмарок

Удобное расположение (рядом трамвайная остановка, до собора с музеями 15-20 минут пешком). Хорошая звукоизоляция от соседних номеров (из коридора звуки дверей и голоса проходящих слышны). Тишина с улицы (мы жили окнами во двор). Горячий душ. Батарея отопления. Wi-Fi по паролю.

Пятно на ковролине в центре комнаты. Отсутствие тапок и принадлежностей для чистки зубов. Отсутствие горячего на завтраки.

Останавливались раньше в этом отеле за последние 2 года третий раз. Раньше, до смены собственника, все было очень хорошо. Специально выбирали этот отель

Поселились в отель в воскресение. 1.Не работал Wi-Fi. Пытались разобраться с менеджером. Ничем не смог помочь. В понедельник с утра Wi-Fi стал работать без проблем. 2. Завтраки стали очень скудными. 3. Оставленный в холодильнике ресепшена один пакет из двух просто исчез. Менеджер сказал, что не может его найти. Однозначно, в следующий раз в Кельне выберем другой отель
