Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel requires written confirmation of guest's company before check-in. The confirmation must contain: • Name of the Guest • Period of stay • Company address • Name of the Hotel The confirmation should be presented directly during check in at the front desk. The hotel wll not accomodate guests without the confirmation. **Fees** The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. Guests can contact the property using the information contained in the confirmation received after booking. Early check-in fee: EUR 15.00, subject to availability. Late check-out fee: EUR 15.00, subject to availability. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change. **Know Before You Go** The entrance to the reception is located on the other side of the building at Hoher Wall 38. If the guests arrive after 12:00 AM, it's necessary to notify the hotel in advance, since after midnight the system automatically puts a no-show and the reservation is canceled.
