A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Prepayment: the entire invoice amount is due immediately upon booking. Further notice: in case of damage or non-compliance with the guidelines included in the information brochure provided on-site, all incurred damages and claims for compensation will be charged in full - even in excess of the deposit.
