Расположен Отель в центре. Все, что нужно, в шаговой доступности. Сервис отличный. Завтраки с шампанским, обслуживают в ресторане быстро и хорошо. Прекрасный бар. Чисто, уборка номеров 2 раза в день. Кофемашина в номере с постоянным обновлением кофейных капсул и чая.

Когда мы вышли из такси, портье не подошёл, чтобы помочь нам с багажом. Очень странно для отеля такого уровня. Хотя в целом высоким уровнем сервиса Отель компенсирует то, что номерной фонд очень старый, и Отелю требуется полная реконструкция.

Отель расположен напротив ворот Стахус а площади Карлсплац( и шествие на Октоберфест можно было смотреть прямо из ресторана во время завтрака!) Восхитили белоснежные накрахмаленные скатерти на столах и великолепный завтрак с традиционными вайсвюрст( белые телячьи сосиски) и брецелем( кренделек с крупной солью). Кстати, на завтрак просят подписать счет, если у Вас был завтрак оплачен, не переживайте, это просто для внутренних расчетов с рестораном, а не еще одна оплата В номерах есть ночной сервис с конфеткой и пополняемая вода( яблоки как комплимент при заезде), кофе машина, тапочки, халаты

В номере было холодно( не могли наладить работу кондиционера) Холодный кофе получается из машины( особенно если хотелось горячего чая!) Нет гладильной доски и утюга Слишком уж часто сменяли гели/шампуни!) из непросто открывать под душем: такая металлическая пробочка постоянно отрывалась...) Неудобное расположение розеток дя зарядок: или на полу(пылесосная), или где-то под тумбочками Нет часов!!! Никаких!!!!
