You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that in winter, cars must be left up to 500 metres from the accommodation and the rest of the way must be made on foot. Snow chains and winter tires are recommended.
