VAT exemption is available for travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa proving they are not residents of Ecuador. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • All citizens of Ecuador will be charged the national value-added tax (12%) upon checkout. Non-residents on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days. Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
