Very good service at reception and breakfast in the restaurant. Out room was very very nice. Hotel was clean and beautiful.

Room was a little bit cold at this time of year. Could have thicker blankets. Everything else was perfeckt, nothing bad to say.

Придраться можно только к завтракам. Чтобы попасть на все блюда, надо встать по раньше. Если проспали, то придёте к остаткам стола.

Прекрасное расположение: очень удобно для тех, кто путешествует поездом. Хороший завтрак. Отзывчивые сотрудники.

Стандартные номера могут сильно различаться. Сначала нас поселили в маленькую комнату с видом в стену (не Старого города, а соседнего здания). По нашей просьбе на следующий день предложили другой номер, и уже он оказался, как надо. Сотрудники отеля приятные и отлично говорят по-русски, помогут решить все вопросы.

удобное расположение внизу смотровой площадки в Старом городе, до ж/д вокзала несколько минут пешком.. вкусная рыба на завтраках

были в новогодние каникулы, зайдя в номер, ощутили холод - экономят отопление.. потом сами включили батарею - номер нагрелся

Находится в старом городе, удобный, небольшой комфортный,с дизайном под старину. Были зимой, в холод, однако в номерах комфорт, пол с подогревом, уют. Обслуживающий персонал приветлив, говорит по русски. Завтраки в ресторане- шведский стол, всё свежее.
