A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property cannot be rented as an event venue. Guests who will use parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for remote control. It is fully refundable upon departure after returning the remote control.
