Front desk is open 24/7. Due to technical reasons, one of the four pools will be temporarily closed for emergency maintenance. As a free service from the hotel, all guests will have access to the pools and pool bars at the nearby Blend Club Aqua Resort. Starting from November 1st, 2025, the Aqua Park will be fully heated — with the exception of the Lazy River and the Wave Pool.
