Кровать в общем номере (женский номер) (общая ванная комната) (10 кроватей)

Указала при бронировании через данный сайт, что будет поздний приезд. Но никаких доп инструкци по заселению не было. В итоге по прибытию уже все ушли и никто не мог заселить. Поддержка островка тоже сработала отвратительно. Отделывались от меня общими фразами и никакой помощи и даже купон на следующую поездку не дали.
