A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, that key pickup service outside the schedule (after 19:00 h) has a charge of €30 for late check-in. The agency must be contacted in order to organize the key pickup. Please note that towels are not included. Guests can rent them for a charge of €4 per person for all the stay. Companion animals are allowed at the property. Please note that an extra charge of €9 per animal per day applies. A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per stay.
