This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - From 20:00 to 22:59: EUR 30. - From 23:00: EUR 50. Late check-out is available up to 11:00. Special holidays, 25th and 26th December / 1st January, have an additional cost of 30 euros. We do not check in after 18h.
