This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following opening times for key collection: *From 1 April to 31 October - Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00. *From 1 November to 31 March - Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. Please contact the property in advance if you plan to arrive outside above times. High chairs are available under request and carry an additional cost of EUR 25 per week. Electric fans can also be rented for EUR 10 per week. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
