Standard Double Room (Double bed)

The bed was very good to sleep in. Also the possibility to make tea or coffee was excellent. It was very cozy.

The bath door didn't close and the TV said that there was a server problem.

Номера изрядно уставшие. В нашем номере был сломан стул, мебель была побитая.

Ничего, кроме расположения

Очень разочарована данным отелем. На прикреплённом фото - чайник, полностью покрытый плесенью. Я попросила его заменить, мне ответили «ок», и ничего не произошло за 2 дня. Номер был грязный, со скатавшейся пылью на полу и волосами в ванной. При заселении мне не прислали заранее код, и я 40 мин пыталась решить это, стоя под дверью отеля и пытаясь поймать вайфай (спасибо Островку, они очень помогли!). Вайфай, к слову, не работает нигде, кроме 1 этажа. Ужасное впечатление, и абсолютно безразличный персонал, с которым почти невозможно связаться!

Habitación Doble Estándar (Cama doble)

La ubicación del Hotel es inmejorable, una zona tranquila en el mismo centro de Helsinki. las camas son comodas y la habitación agradable. las personas que hay tras el telefono del hotel te solucionan cualquier problema en un minuto.

Lo malo: Empiezo por que no me llegó la clave de acceso al hotel. la maquina/recepción no reconocía mis datos de reserva. coincidí con otras personas que tenían el mismo código y la misma habitación que yo (resultó que después no era su hotel, hay dos omena) lo cual no me dió ninguna seguridad. en las tres noches que estuve no vino nadie a limpiar ni cambiar sabanas... a nada. y me resulto incomo que en una mitad de la habitación, zona cama, hubiera 8 enchufes, y en la zona de mesa ni uno.
