The villa has four bed rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, separate sauna department across the terrace.

Showers are also located in the sauna department.

The villa has a private beach with a fire place, jetty and rowing boat free to use. Popular activities are: rowing, fishing, kayaking, swimming in the lake and hiking in the area.

There is also a tennis court close to the villas.

In Oravi village guests can find the village shop, restaurant Ruukinranta, rental house, reception, start of the winter hiking route and in summer the PopUP Thai restaurant and boat service to Linnansaari.
