Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival by cheque or EUR 300 in cash for foreign guests. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. The property has no reception. Please call the the owner at least 2 hours before your arrival to plan the check-in. Please note that the 30% or 100% prepayment by cash/cheque/bank transfer is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please tell the owner about how many people should be staying in the apartment to allow him to set up the apartment properly.
