Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Le Mas de la Tortue (Toit Terrasse) in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00, only on the day of arrival and departure, and upon request. If you plan to arrive outside opening hours, please inform Le Mas de la Tortue in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Towels are provided. Upon request, towels can be changed for a EUR 10 extra fee per person per change. Bed linen and tea towels are provided. Linen change is charged EUR 10 per person per linen set. A high-chair and a hairdryer are available upon prior request, subject to availability. Pets are charged EUR 42 per stay or EUR 7 per night. Managed by a private host
