Apartment (triple room, double bed and sofa, 1 bedroom)

The shape of the building itself: round The possibility to park your car under the hotel for a fee.

The room assigned to us was clearly not clean. First of all, bread scraps on the seats; cobwebs in the walking space; the floor was covered with stains; against one of the beds and on the floor was a stain that looked like bitten acid through puke; there were hairs in the two beds; and our daughter had a flea in bed. In the windowsill we found another flea, which we have handed over as proof at the reception. We had some other findings, including a broken toilet seat, etc. Our first complaint, which we reported to reception on the same evening, was not taken into account. When we repeated our complaints the next morning and supported them with photos and the flea, we would be called back by a responsible lady. We have left and so far have waited for any response from the hotel. However, we have never been called again, hence this critical review.
