Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.88 per person, per night • Cleaning fee: EUR 100 per accommodation, per stay We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book. A public event happening near the hotel may affect guests access to the hotel and other plans guests have that day. On April 12, 2026, the Champs-Elysées is the start point of the Paris Marathon. This will mean that the Champs-Elysées will be closed to cars, taxis and other vehicles. Police will close the Champs-Elysées Avenue, and possibly nearby streets as well. The hotel strongly recommend keeping a copy of reservation with you so you guests pass through the police barricades when checking in or returning to the hotel. During the street closure, taxis and rideshares cannot park directly in front of the hotel. Please be prepared to walk a little extra than usual during this time if arrive by car.
