Double Studio (full double bed) (bed type is subject to availability)

-fantastic and delicious organic buffet breakfast: cereals, juices, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, five different breads and a superb professional coffee machine! -the breakfast salon was very nicely decorated and had a wonderful layout - a great way to start the day, more than enough to satisfy the hungriest person -room was spotless, really nice (considering how small hotel rooms in Paris are!) and well appointed, all the gadgets worked and the kitchenette is a great extra when you just want to relax with a take-out. -the bathroom was a good size and had nice toiletries; the shower was powerful and hot! -bear in mind that this aparthotel does not provide any room service for short stays (ie they do not tidy your room while you're out nor refresh the towels) -front of house staff are really lovely and very polite/helpful (they didn't mind that my French is really poor, they all spoke English to a very high standard) -the madam who oversees the breakfast was also wonderful - I didn't require any of the (paid for) additional services like dry-cleaning but I have no doubt that they would have met my expectations

-some people will find the location a little off-putting (19th arrondisement) as it is a little rough around the edges but it is being spruced up as it will host all of the athletes for the 2024 Olympics and it is only ONE stop away from Gare Du Nord so its ultra-easy to get around by public transport.

Чистый ухоженный номер. Соответствует фотографиям. Единственное, плинтус в прихожей отваливался и в ванной пластиковая часть вентиляции. Но все это не особо мешает отдыху. На ресепшене нас встретили приветливо. Разговаривали на английском. Заселение и выселение прошло быстро и без проблем. Несмотря на то, что в минусах написали про расположение, мы разобрались с метро, в итоге быстро и комфортно добирались до центра и от центра до отеля. Рядом есть магазин и пекарня, где можно позавтракать.

Само расположение отеля может подойти не всем. Если освоиться в метро, то еще нормально (5 минут пешком до станции), но если идти пешком из центра, то близлежащий район выглядит не совсем дружелюбно.

La proximité avec la voie de rer pour la chambre. Nous avons eu un peu de bruit. De plus, il y avait un bruit aigu aléatoire venant de la chambre à côté (douche?! Chauffo?! Aspirateur?!)

Расположение! Электрички RER - 3 минуты ходьбы. Наша Rosa Park. Первая остановка - Magenta (это уже Gare Nord), а если надо(по маршруту) ехать 2 остановки - то это Lazar Переходишь на нужную ветку метро и максимум 5-10 минут и вы у цели. Все достопримечательности в пределах 25 минут! За 5 суток мы использовали 20 тикетов(ровно. Кстати, если вы собираетесь приехать в аэропорт Шарль-де-Голль на электричке,(а это очень удобно!!!) напоминаю - надо покупать ОТДЕЛЬНЫЙ ТИКЕТ(!) на котором будет указана его цена 10.5 евро (а не 1.45 как на обычных тикетах-корнет)..3 продуктовых магазина рядом с отелем. Ле-Клер(10 баллов), LIDL(5), Ashan(4). 5 дней - один раз меняли белье, прекрасная ванная комната(!),кухня оборудована и принадлежности есть все. ТВ-за 60 каналов(все франция).Прекрасный персонал на рецепции
