The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Additional charges will be applied for late arrivals: from 7pm to 9pm = 30€, from 9pm to 11pm = 50€ and from 11pm to 1am = 70€.
