Excellent location, very quiet yet easy walking distance to central Birmingham. Pleasant helpful staff. Reasonable size for a single room. Really good shower.

The heasting on my room had been switched off - I didn't realise it was controlled by room, until after spending a very cold night when I found the radiator valve hidden behind the curtains.

Breakfast selection looked good but a vegan sausage would be nice.

Sheets had yellow stains on them, the plug sockets were not working so could not iron my clothes, double room is just to single beds pushed together with sheet to join them- kept falling down the gap in the middle. There was an empty car park at the back, which should really be available for guests to use for free as a first come first served basis. Otherwise just an empty car park.
