As the temperature was well above average, we were very pleased to be greeted by an fan on in our room. The buffet breakfast choice was also above expectations, as was the opportunity for coffee or drink in the bar in the evening.

Great location and good value for money. Room was perfectly cleaned and I had a pleasant stay.

There was a short wait to check in as they didn’t have the room availability but the staff we very apologetic and this was only for a few minutes.

Nightclub directly opposite the hotel. Music stops at 3am. Drunk People leave at 4am. Glass bins emptied at 5.30am. New barrel delivery at 8am. No sleep whatsoever. Also parking is very expensive.

Great location near the seafront , shops , restaurants and the pier. Big room, very comfortable bed , exceptionally clean bathroom .

At the bar 10.30 PM they were swapping staff & had to wait for 10 minutes, not a good time on a Friday night. Wi-Fi is free for 30 minutes per day and then costs money after that!

Bit of loud music from night clubs and pubs opposite hotel but still slept.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the choice of food and drinks for breakfast was very good. The staff on the support line I rang about the WiFi issues were helpful and friendly. The staff on the reception desk were also helpful and friendly.

It was particularly frustrating that the 'Free WiFi' was, in fact, not free. It is very low cost but you need to be honest when advertising a room. The lack of shower gel and the empty soap dispenser were not impressive. Lucky I brought my own.
