Very central and nice and clean.

Staff were friendly and room was clean

Thought £76 for bed and breakfast was rather steep as was booked in advance. Most B & B are cheaper. The floor to our shower got flooded owing to the basin not being deep enough and only had old curtain.

Good location and pleasant hotel.. Liked having car park beside the hotel -made me feel car was more secure. Service was good until incident below re

Had to have leaking kettle replaced. When I came in from shoping at 3pm my room had not been serviced. SEnior receptionist did the service after contacting on duty manager - Had i not politely insisted staff would have left room service until the next day .Offered a coffee as recompense - which never materialised.

The general state of the decor/carpets (stained and dirty) mold in the shower tray

Lovely staff. Secure parking. Comfortable bed

Noise level atrocious. Window and bizarre set of French doors leading into space did not close properly. Doors held shut by a screw and locked shut so couldn't be shut any tighter, window was shut but sounded like it was still open.
