This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Luxury Central City of London Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. If this condition is broken a fee of GBP 250.00 will be charged. Please note that a copy of the guest photo ID need to be sent to the property prior to arrival. All bookings are subject to name and address verification. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking (If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition). Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds. Please note, early and late check-ins, and late check-outs, cannot be accommodated at the property. Parking is available, subject to availability and at a cost of GBP 25 per night. This fee is nonrefundable, even if the booking is subsequently canceled. There is only 1 parking space available at this property.
