Very Close to Station, very close to Derby College. Ideal for my needs

Room was clean

Located in the city They ran out of orange juice and hot breakfast straight away. Staff then dropped the tray of bacon on the floor when bringing through. Told couldn't do any bake beans for ten minutes, large group of people already waiting, so I thought I would have some yogurt and mixed berries. Mixed berries were frozen solid, ended up with no breakfast. Coffee machine not working. Staff standing around doing nothing while people complained. Bed was very small. Was woken up at midnight by the noise in the hall, this carried on for about a hour, with what sounded like drunks.

Nice staff. Good location

Due to covid, there was no cooked breakfast which is understandable but the price did not reflect the reduced services. Furthermore there was nothing for vegetarian (they had a bacon sandwich or something). The staff explained that the services were gradually being phased back in, but I'm surprised that vegetarians were not a consideration when preparing the breakfasts.
