You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The following late check-in fees will be charged in cash. Late check-in fees are: 19:00 - 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 - 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 - 02:00: GBP 50 Please note the accommodation is located on the second floor, and is accessible via stairs only, there is no lift. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Guest should specify the exact number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. Please inform the property at the time of booking is you require the use of the sofa bed in the lounge if there are only two guests. Guests that require a high chair or travel cot for an infant should notify the property in advance, as these are not kept on site, using the Special Requests box or contacting the property by email.
