Staff were lovely

Having to pay for WiFi

The receptionist was very helpful phoned us a taxi, explained how things worked

The guy behind the reception/bar at night got a bit stroppy , he was also a little rude

The view was outstanding

The customer service was very poor on arrival Attitude was poor Room was cold on arrival Bed was uncomfortable Poor tea & coffee station No phone in room No hair dryer WiFi you have to pay for first 30 mins free then £3 after that £18.50 for two breakfasts Definitely wouldn’t go back not worth the money

location was perfect for us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the car park was used as a common thoroughfare for motorists which caused a few problems,for customers tying to access it.

Номер достойный Отель расположен в 10 минутах езды от центра города, остановка автобуса сразу у входа, до всюду легко добраться общественным транспортом. В 5 минутах ходьбы торговый центр. Своя парковка. Завтрак не впечатлил но на уровне.

WI-FI платный (и необоснованно дорогой), но в номер устойчиво ловится бесплатный аналог.
