I didn’t get there as my husband was ill but they said too bad and took my money anyway. They could have been kind and choose to be corporate so I will never use the hotel group again. It made a difficult and upsetting situation so much worse and kindness was all that was needed.

Great location for our trip, especially as we were meeting friends in a local pub

Decore Felt a little "tired", although clean and well presented

Close to shops restaurants rail station and Heathrow airport

Very very hot no air conditioning the landings are all glass so they can be like a greenhouse

Peacfull nights sleep, plenty of parking spaces. Good location

Soap dispenser in shower empty/not working! Poor water flow in shower

Situated right above Waitrose with car parking in under ground car park. Very central to a few shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the M25.
