Location was excellent 5mins walk to 2 tube station shepherds bush market station and shepherds bush tube station .direct busses to Oxford and some of the places of interest Rooms was clean good housekeeping lobbies was nice and clean Reception was helpful and friendly and very efficient

The hotel gave me exactly the kind of room I asked for Shiv on reception who helped us with our baggage and was very kind, helpful and charming and made sure everything was perfect for us, needs a special commendation for his attitude. Excellent. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very nicely appointed. It had a good view overlooking The Green. The bed was very comfortable.The restaurant has an outstanding menu and the quality of the food was wonderful. Service was great. Similarly, I have never seen a more extensive breakfast buffet. Lovely! This is the second time we have stayed here but it definitely won't be the last.

The parking situation is not great. It causes hassle and a bit of stress in getting in and out to deposit/ pick up cases in a very narrow entrance. The Valet parking is limited and this then leaves you to sort out parking for yourself which in London is not great.

A perfect stay! Can't rate this hotel enough! Best hotel me and my wife have been to in London. We normally stay closer the city centre, however the location near two tube stations was very convenient. The hotel itself is very well presented, the staff were all very helpful and smiley start to finish. The hotel staff also went the extra mile with me and my wife to make our anniversary weekend extra special. We had the standard room, which was modern, stylish and very comfortable bed. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Great location, great ambience throughout the hotel, superb rooms and fabulous bed! Cant say anymore!!

Drink prices at the bar are extortionate! I paid over £18 for a glass of wine and a fruit juice! The bill was incorrectly printed after about 10mins confusion at the till. I couldnt wait any lobger so just accepted the £18 bill.
