Convenient.

Very difficult access with steep steps and no note about how to avoid them. The bedside lights did not work and there was no plug in the sink.

Location is great! A few minutes walk from Holborn station so great if you want to spend a night after watching the theatre. Staff were friendly but clearly being pulled in all directions by customers. We didn't have breakfast in the morning so cannot comment about this. The room and bathroom were both clean, perfect for a 1-2 night stay.

The mattress needs replacing, it was not as comfortable as Premier Inn, we only slept half the night but not a major deal as we only stayed for one night. If we were in Central London for longer I probably would have booked elsewhere.
