Очень уютные номера, не очень большие, но все необходимое есть. Приветливый персонал, который хорошо знает Лондон и может помочь советом, куда пойти, где поесть и т.д. Отель удобно расположен - 5 мин пешком от Oxford Street, недалеко от Paddington station, куда приходит Heathrow Express (5 мин на такси - чуть больше 6 фунтов)

Есть 1-2 номера, в которых туалет и ванная собственные, но находятся на другом этаже - т.е. они закрыты на ключ и кроме Вас ими никто не пользуется, также дают халат, чтобы туда ходить. Эти номера, естественно, дешевле.
