Tower Bridge and the Tower of London are only two wonderful places to visit. Breakfast is great and evening meal was tasty. The service as elsewhere in the Hotel was wonderful. Bed and Bedding comfortable. Shower is in the bath but plenty of hot water and towels. Hotel and room spotless. Concierge helped me with my bag as I went through the door. All service very good.

Loved the beds, the bar, the location and the cleanliness, also a good breakfast.

Nothing disappointed me as such, you could hear the trains from London Bridge station which couldn't be helped, and room was really small.

Next door to rail network, central London and river. Very friendly concierge, reception and dining room staff. Well equipped and clean throughout the building. Food of a very high quality.There at Christmas and hotel decked beautifully for occasion. Cost for venue very reasonable. We will stay at this hotel again.

We were not disappointed by any aspect of the hotel.

Location of hotel - very near train stations and famous landmarks.

Some of the service from a good rated hotel was so wrong. Night concierge was very unwelcoming - didn’t acknowledge us returning to hotel late in evening - not good in light of very recent terror attack in the vicinity. Some of the waiting staff not good enough - cleared our table completely whilst we were getting breakfast, plus chambermaid left our room door open when finished cleaning! Luckily we came back to room during day and raised this issue!

The hotel was in a great central location, very clean and a lovely bar.

The breakfast, below standard, cold, cheese was dry around edges. After asking 3 times we finally got our tea and toast. Very slow service for the amount of staff in the restaurant. Expected more for the money we paid!
