Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is 14:00 - 17:00, Monday and Friday, and 14:00 - 16:00 Saturday and Sunday. Please inform the property if you expect to arrive outside of these check-in times. If you expect to check-in outside of these times, you will be required to self check-in. The keys will be left in a secure key safe near the property. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements. Soho Abode Apartments are strictly non-smoking. If you are found to smoking in the apartment, you will incur a fee equivalent to 1 night accommodation.
