Hotel was in great position. We walked everywhere so was a good central point to get around the city. 20mins walk from King's Cross. Rooms spacious and clean.

Beds could do with updating. Breakfast was nice and choice of cereals, hot food, croissants, fruit and yoghurt and toast. Would recommend a coffee and tea machine, as both mornings we had to find staff to ask for coffee cups to be filled. Staff walk around with coffee jugs but we were missed both mornings. On leaving hotel, we left cases for the afternoon. We were charged £1.00, this is usually this service is free in hotels. Concierge service was good though, no problems.

Good location, parking, price.

Rooms are a bit out dated, breakfast could be better but not bad.

The location was perfect, near the Russel Square underground station - from which you could reach any part of London. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service at the dining room was commendable. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was pretty adequate.

A very poor internet connection (not sure whether it's because we got a room at the last floor). An unintuitive setting of the faucets in the bathroom - one for hot water only, and the other for cold water only, with no option to get a tolerable temperature. There were no electrical sockets near the beds - the only sockets present were at the common desk, which was located near one of the beds. An uncomfortable distribution of soap - using tiny bottles (had a case when room service confused the body soap bottle with the shampoo bottle). Room service unheeding towards the sign: "Do not disturb". Barging into the room without paying attention the sign (experienced it twice during my 1 week stay).
