Tower bridge and St. Katherine’s Warf. Could walk to lots of restaurants and cafes.

I wish it had a mini fridge.

Towerbridge was amazing

Next to Tower of London and London bridge! Perfect Lots of rooms had an bridge view. We had an harbor view room. Was also great

The room was a bit old. Carpet worn out, old shower/bath (with curtain) and beds too soft

It's quite old, but everything is clean and well maintained. Service very nice and accesible.

The location and the view was really nice

We ordered two single beds but they gave us 1 double bed, the switches didn’t work and a guy had to come at 1am to repair them, when we arrived at 2200hrs they told us that they need to check which room they will give us and ended up getting the room around midnight, there are just 3 lifts working and sometimes you end up waiting for 10 mins to use the lift.

Original room had hairs and pubes all over the bed and a white substance in the bathroom, by the sink. Wifi was terrible and I wasn't able to use it. Rooms are very outdated and worn.

Fabulous stay. Great service and very welcoming. Food at breakfast was tasty, staff very accommodating. Room was clean and impeccable view. Already rebooked returning in october as our stay was faultless.

Hotel is only 10 minute walk to the tube, 5 mins to the thames boat stop Breakfast was lovely loads of choice Bed was very comfortable, and clean Very clean Staff were very helpful

Fantastic location right next to Tower Bridge Meal service was very good and food was excellent especially the breakfast Had an amazing view of Tower Bridge from my room. Room was very clean. Very polite and helpful staff.
