This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment will make contact near to your arrival date by email, phone or text message to give clear check-in instructions. You are kindly asked responsive to messages to ensure check-in is quick and easy. You are not permitted to host any parties in the property. As the property is in a residential area please do not cause noise disturbance and respect the neighbours. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. Please note the lead guest must be 30 years and older. Guests must provide the payment card and ID matching the name on the card prior to arrival. Guests must also produce ID that matches the name on the payment card.
