If you wish to check-in after 20:00, please arrange this with Acorn Lodge in advance of your arrival. It is not possible to check in after 22:00. Acorn Lodge operates a non-smoking policy in all parts of the guest house. For group reservations a separate confirmation detailing payment and damage policy will be sent in addition to your booking confirmation. All adult parties occupying a family room will be charged by the hotel for the appropriate adult rate, per person per night. Please note: a separate good behaviour bond will be charged by the hotel to single sex groups. Payment is required on arrival. The hotel does not take any payment before arrival unless instructed to do so. Please let the property know the number and age of children for family rooms. This can be noted in the Special Requests box when booking.
