Superb experience staying here! Cozy room, lovely and helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast and gorgeous view from the terrace. The staff went beyond to extend helping hand and service, the facilities were great, though the doors of the room could be renovated a bit(as it’s a bit difficult to close them), great location, just a few minutes walk to the European square. Great value of money. Would come back to stay😊

A great owner and the staff, everybody was super helpful, polite, especially during the breakfast which is the second best thing about this hotel after the location. Wonderful terrace with a view, wine and chacha(local vodka/rakija) included. Very good service during the breakfast, special thanks to Irina. One of the best locations in the old town, everything is really near. But you need a taxi to go to the modern part of the city. Rooms were very clean, the furniture is new. Overall a great experience!

I hope they can upgrade the TVs and air conditioners too because they are a little old for 2024

Великолепно расположенный отель, в самом, на наш взгляд, интересном районе города. Отличная панорама с веранды на завтраке. Радушные сотрудники, готовые помочь. Номер соответствует описанию.

Спасибо огромное, все очень понравилось! Месторасположение, чистота, комфорт, завтраки. Отзывчивость на просьбы, даже не взяли денег за разбитую чайную кружку:). Рекомендуем и сами обязательно остановимся здесь если еще раз приедем в Батуми!
