Двухместный номер Economy с балконом (двуспальная кровать)

Обслуживание номеров отличное, каждый день мыли и меняли полотенца, давали воды, чай, кофе.

1. В номере есть дверь совмещенная с другим номером, она закрыта, но тонкие стены и отсутствие Шумоизоляции делает свое дело, слышно все что делают соседи в соседнем номере и в коридоре. Мало приятного такое ощущение как в общаге, особенно когда соседи пара которые любят друг друга очень часто. 2. Завтрак всегда один, нет разнообразия. 3. В ресторане нет меню на русском, я все конечно понимаю английский мне благо помог, но отель размещается на русском сайте с ориентиром на русского туриста. 4. Я полностью оплатила всю сумму за проживание через островок заранее, на выезде меня запросили заплатить дополнительно, сначала путались в показаниях за что я должна долго не могли мне объяснить перебрали несколько версии, потом все же определили что курсовая разница. От островка мне было сообщение, где меня предупредили игнорировать данный запрос. Это уже вопрос не мой, а взаимодействие сайта и отеля. 5. Сантехника старая, подтекает 6. Отель на горе, подумайте нужно ли вам это каждый день спускаться и подниматься, мы 2 дня походили, потом только на такси 7.На балконе не было стульев, хотя на всех фото они есть.
