Отель расположен прям на площади свободы, на главной улице Шота Руставели, красиво. Интерьер соответствует фото, и вообще убранство интересное, везде какие-то инсталляции. Персонал очень доброжелательный, русскоговорящий.

Что не понравилось: 1. Отель интегрирован в тц, то есть окна выходят на магазины торгового центра и окна, к слову, нельзя открывать. 2. Нет парковки, а парковка тц платная. Как будто отелю стоит позаботиться о хотя бы сниженной цене для их постояльцев. 3. Нет тапочек и зубных щёток. Ну в смысле? Босиком ходить? 4. Завтрак очень скудный

Вкусные завтраки, большой выбор еды. Отличное расположение, отель расположен в здании торгового центра «Галлерея», рядом много достопримечательностей, метро, магазинов, аптек, кафе.

Дизайн. В отеле присутствует ощущение «бункера», абсолютно не уютно. В комнате странная система кондиционеров, постоянно включается температура 16-18 градусов, было очень холодно. Не самый приятный персонал на ресепшен.

Приехали в час дня, но заселение с 15:00, сказали номер ещё не убран. Плохо себя чувствовали пришлось сидеть у ресепшена и ждать час, пока номер не уберут. Пока мы сидели, приезжали люди из других стран их всех сразу же заселяли. В номере не было никаких обещанных умывальных принадлежностей и тапочек. Ковёр с номере весь грязный. Номер дали с видом на стену, ведущую в тц. Завтрак был невкусный. Разнообразия нет, все быстро закончилось. Каждый день переезжали в разный отель, такой подставы, как с этим не было. Лифт ездит странно, едешь вниз, а его вызвали наверх, значит поедем обратно не доехав до 1 этажа.
