Персонал улыбчивый, на наши скромные просьбы отзывались

Заявленного джакузи не оказалось, всю неделю искали. Самим приходилось выносить мусор, про уборку в номере вообще молчу. С такими завтраками похудеть удалось.

Чистое постельное белье. Спасибо хозяину отеля что разрешил оставить вещи до конца дня после выселения, так как наш рейс постоянно переносили. Лет 20 назад этот отель был хорошим, но сейчас нужны вложения чтобы привести его в порядок

Отель старый, сантехника вся протекала. Душевая просто ад. Заселялись ближе к получению, устали с дороги и искать что-то другое в полночь в незнакомом городе не было ни сил ни желания. На ресепшен парень был в состоянии сильного алкогольного опьянения, не в состоянии даже был зарегистрировать нас, просто снял копии с паспортов. Завтрак очень скудный.

Номер Standard

В отеле не оказалось отопления, предложили воспользоваться сплитом на отопление, но и сплит система не смогла отопить номер. Сантехника вся протекала, даже из унитаза вода бежала во все стороны. Холодильника в номере нет. Телевизор не приспособлен для розеток Грузии. Да он есть, но его невозможно включить в сеть. В номере воняло сыростью. Всю ночь кто-то по коридорам бегал, ругался, смеялся и это очень мешало нашему сну с ребенком. Собственной парковки у отеля нет, машину ставили у жилого дома. Под окнами шныряли закладчики с фонариками. Мы в 6 утра выехали даже не стали завтракать.
