Location was perfect. Near the port, lots of restaurants to choose from and public transport nearby.

We booked and paid for a double room and was given a twin room for the whole 6 nights. Told there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. No apology. Air con was leaking and reported this to staff. They said it was too late to fix but would send someone to fix in the morning. The following evening dripping towels were on the floor to dry up the leaking. No one had fixed it. The electrics then tripped from the leak and we had no electrics to get ready for the evening. When we returned they had an electrician sorting the electrics but was told we cannot use the air con as that was the problem and given a fan instead. On top of this the curtains are so thin and the shower screen does not close so the bathroom also gets very wet. For €100 a night it is not worth the money.
