Check-in is available anytime after 15:00. For arrivals after 22:00, please notify us by 15:00 (local time) on the day of arrival via text, email, or phone. Failure to inform us of a late arrival will result in a no-show, leading to reservation cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that late departures will result in additional charges. If you require a later check-out, kindly inform us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and a possible extra fee. The Climate Resilience Tax of €2 per night, per suite, is not included in the booking price and will be collected separately upon arrival.
