Any reservation of more than 3 rooms is considered a group reservation. For Groups, the following conditions apply: Prepayment policy: • Deposit 50% at the time of booking • 50% payment 21 days prior to arrival Cancellation policy: • No Free cancellation is allowed. • If you cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. • If you cancel within 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged
