- Rates include VAT and City Tax. If tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly. -Name changes must be requested by the guest that booked the original reservation.  Reservations may not be assigned or transferred in any manner to any third party. -To check in, please ensure you have the credit card in the reserved guest's name and a valid ID. The guest whose name is on the reservation must also be present. - You may reserve up to 3 rooms in one reservation process. To reserve more than 3 rooms, please reserve an initial 3 rooms and repeat the process until your desired number of rooms have been reserved. For more than 9 rooms, please contact us directly as this will be considered as a group and different rates, terms & conditions will apply.
