Most of the staff were pleasant.

The hotel is classed as a 4star which its clearly not, weve stayed in better 3 star hotels. When we checked in and saw our room we asked if we could get an upgrade, we were told that the hotel was full which clearly was not the case. We would have paid the extra cost but didnt get that option. The rooms were small and basic. The outdoor pool was very small and sunloungers uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. All in all we didnt enjoy our 3 nights and would not recommend this hotel
