i experienced problems with very noisy neighbours at 5 in the morning and called the reception about it. Concierge was on the floor in a couple of minutes to handle the situation. which he did successfuly

1/Low sound proof: you hear everything going on outside or in other rooms. 2/Mattress was not comfortable.

The hotel was in a good location, good facilities and staff were helpful.

It’s not really a negative but the room was very hot.

Wellness and breakfast is awesome.

In a great area. Close to the centre yet had a local vibe in the streets round about it. Very comfortable beds and a good choice of teas & coffee in room. The entrance and lobby are beautiful and it's pleasant to have a drink in the bar and look down on the Christmas tree. Would go back again.

Excellent location, right at the jewish district - The center of night life of Budapest. 20min walk from the hotel to almost all of the important locations to see in Pest. Clean rooms and lobby. Very welcoming staff.

The entrance to the hotel is a revolving door, which makes it difficult to enter with a baby stroller or luggage. Room service bust-in occasionally after one knock on the door.

Неплохой отель, обильный завтрак, 2 небольших бассейна с зоной отдыха на крыше, приятная зона для курения

Стандартный номер очень маленький, буквально негде распаковать чемодан.

Расположение отеля удобное, питание тоже неплохое, обслуживание на высоте, есть спа и фитнес!

В номере непрерывно гудит общая вентиляция, соотвественно выключить ее нельзя, живешь как в музыкальной шкатулке)))

Разнообразные блюда. Много мясного: венгерские колбаски, беконы и т.п. Очень красивый отель и внутри и снаружи (напротив стоит разрушенное здание, стройка).

Обслуживания в номерах нет, по всем вопросам надо идти на ресепшн. Уборку делают девушки, не понимающие других языков кроме венгерского. При уборке забрали нашу вилку, вернуть так и не получилось.
